New Scholarship Program for becoming a Real Estate Agent
Alabama Real Estate Institute proudly announces the availability of a new scholarship program for persons desiring to become licensed to sell real estate in Alabama. Our school has expanded its operation through an affiliate partnership with real estate agencies throughout Alabama.
Affiliates of the school participating in the scholarship program may provide financial assistance for qualified students desiring to meet the educational requirements set forth by the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
A real estate scholarship includes the State required 60-hour Sales Prelicense Course; which qualifies a person to sit for the State exam. Upon successful completion of the State exam, a temporary sales person license is issued that allows one to begin listing and selling real estate.
Additionally, the scholarship includes the State required 30-hour Post License Course that must be completed within the first six months of licensure. Upon successfully completing this course, the agent qualifies to make application to the Alabama Real Estate Commission for their permanent sales person real estate license.
In addition to the educational requirements, a scholarship provides the opportunity for personalized training to aid the newly licensed Realtor® in establishing a successful career in the real estate industry.
