Alabama License Law & Trust Funds

The Alabama Licensing Law is an Alabama Real Estate Commission approved continuing education course (CE),  which upon completion earns an Alabama licensed real estate agent, 3-hours of the 15-hours required CE credits  to renew their two year license. This 3-hour course (actual clock hours) is offered in various cities across Alabama.

Alabama License Law is more in depth than simple requirements necessary to become licensed to sell real estate or steps necessary for renewing license. Within the law are statutes that every REALTOR® must adhere to and there are rules and regulations that must be followed. This course pin points specific issues that will limit your liabilities and create ethical work habits.

  • Each segment begins with a quiz to allow the student to realize their knowledge base of the topic to be discussed and to peak their interest.
  • PowerPoint presentations are used to capture attention, create more excitement and enthusiasm, and make the learning process more retainable.
