Alabama Prelicense Fundamentals—60 Hours Alabama Post License—30 Hours Alabama Broker Prelicense—60 Hour Continuing Education Courses
Alabama Prelicense Fundamentals—60 Hours
Internet / CD ROM / Campus
This course fulfills the mandatory 60 hours of required education
prior to taking the Alabama salesperson licensing exam. Based on job
analysis, this course reflects areas of important knowledge for
practicing real estate. It focuses on consumer protection and will
give the salesperson the confidence to handle any situation. Technical
language and its applications are paramount to the business and the
student will learn how to communicate with consumers.
The content is designed to give the salesperson the proper tools
for success. Additionally, it thoroughly prepares the student for
taking the state licensing exam. The course is offered in three
methods of learning.
Internet—The distance method of learning allows the student to take
the course from their personal computer but still receive direct
instructor support. This option allows the student to complete the
course in the time frame that is most convenient to them. It is
designed to meet the needs of all students regardless of their level
of learning skills. All areas of the course can be revisited as often
as necessary. Books are also furnished as additional support and
reference material.
CD-Rom—This method of learning is designed to provide the same
educational material as the Internet method without requiring as
much on-line Internet time. The CD-Rom allows the student to take
their course material with them to use on Lap-tops, computers at work
or any destination of their choosing. It also provides an avenue to
periodically go on line to update testing on certain materials or request
an explanation of certain topics and/or particular situations.
Campus/Class Room—Nothing takes the place of an actual class room
setting with live instructors providing actual case studies on various
topics. However, in today’s business world, and fast paced life styles,
the computer has changed the way we do business. It has also changed
the educational process. By far the majority of people have chosen to
take their required 60 hour Alabama Prelicense course via the Internet
or CD-Rom. Some people find it more beneficial to attend a class on
campus. For dates and times of these classes, please respond to the
“Contact Us” button on the Home page.
